Items purchased in our online shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To return an item, please use our return portal to create a return label. This label must be placed inside the package to ensure we can properly assign the return to your order.

Please note the following return conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving the order
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are excluded from returns
• The return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer
• Please keep your proof of shipment until your refund has been processed

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
